Instead of bouncing around to find certain sets of data related to a particular Customer, is there a way to view all this related info in just one area/program within Epicor®?
Yes, there is a Customer Tracker program that enables the user to not only view settings associated to that particular Customer, but I can also view any/all related data such as Orders, Invoices, RMA’s, etc. within just a few clicks of each other.
